The Hardin Law Office recently conspired to throw a surprise 80th birthday for our great friend and inspiration, the legendary shoe-shine guru Mr. Percy Person. In additional to a wonderful spread of food and beverages, as well as great company with many of Percy’s friends and customers, Percy was presented with a flag flown over the capital from Deputy Governor Jim Henry, and Mayor Megan Barry declared it city-wide Percy Day! It was a truly special occasion.
